To provide the best opportunity for each player to be challenged and excel in their baseball skill while playing in a highly competitive, yet positive environment.

To Each Parent and Player:

The 2006 Baseball Season marks our second season with this age-group, this year as a USSSA-AA tournament-level team. We're building a program we believe will have lasting value and memories for our boys. It's a commitment by coaches, parents and each player to do their part, so each boy can become a truly better ball player.

We coaches will strive to provide each player with the opportunity to learn advanced baseball skills, to experience the value of teamwork and competition, to discover their own ability to achieve and excel... all in a positive, supportive environ. It is our belief that this program will assist them with having the confidence to play baseball at higher levels as they grow older. Whether or not these boys choose to pursue baseball at the high school level or beyond is some time off. However, the work and preparation we invest this season will assist them in knowing they, and we, have done everything possible to empower them to make that decision.

Given the number of games we anticipate playing, along with the roster we propose to keep,we expect each boy will have ample opportunity to play a lot of baseball. We will play a highly competitive schedule, and in turn hope to field a highly competitive team.While there is no way to guarantee each player a certain number of innings, nor a certain position,we have no doubt each boy will see significant playing time, and each boy will grow and excel.
